RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 90-day limited satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or resolution within 90 days, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or abuse of the return policy.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.


Alternative Resolution (Preferred)

To reduce environmental impact and international shipping delays, we may offer alternative solutions including:

  • Replacement without requiring return
  • Photo verification refund

In some cases, you may be allowed to keep the item after receiving a partial or full refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Photo or video proof is required.

Failure to report damage within 7 days may void eligibility.


Non-Returnable Items

International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
